Short list of public infrastructure related projects I've worked on.
MTPD Substation Rehabilitation
Rehabilitate previous public space into a brand-new substation for the Metro Transit Police Dept. in downtown St. Paul. It included the installation of a brand-new server rack compliant with Minnesota's Criminal Justice Information Services.
Northtown Transit Facility Reconstruction
Full reconstruction of the old Northtown Mall Transit Hub and installation of a new adjacent parking lot. More information.
Pavement Management Program - Mill and Overlay
City of Bloomington's 2019 PMP Street Mill and Overlay Project included grinding off the top layer and installing a new top layer of pavement to approximately 10 miles of residential roads.
Better Bus Stops Program
Rehabilitation of bus stops along certain bus routes. Improvements include new sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete pads, and pedestrian ramps. I've worked on approximately 55 bus stops along: Route 63, Route 22, Route 22A, and Route 4.
6th Street and Minnesota Street Reconstruction
Full reconstruction of the east corner at the 6th Street and Minnesota Street intersection in downtown St. Paul. Included a new 180 feet long installation of fiber optics cable, and a brand-new server rack compliant with Minnesota's Criminal Justice Information Services.
Hiawatha Asphalt Approaches
Removal and repair of Hiawatha Avenue asphalt approaches to the Blue Line LRT rail tracks.
Rail Projects
Projects related to Metro Transit Light Rail Train (LRT) service. Includes the Blue Line and Green Line.
MSP Airport and Hiawatha Tunnels Intrusion Detection Systems Upgrade
Upgrade the tunnel intrusion detection system installed at the tunnel portals of the light rail train that runs underneath the MSP Airport, and through a tunnel next to Hiawatha Avenue.
Blue Line Mid-Stations Lighting Retrofit
Replacement of all lighting poles, speakers, and cameras for the Blue Line LRT stations. New lighting poles include new standardized connections for lights, speakers, and cameras.
Green Line Communication Rooms HVAC Improvements
Removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems in communication rooms along the Green Line.
Green Line Kneewall & Scuppers Repair
Removal and replacement of worn or damaged scuppers and adjacent knee wall sections.
Green Line Approaches Lighting Retrofit
Replacement of all lighting poles, speakers, and cameras for the Green Line LRT stations. New lighting poles include new standardized connections for lights, speakers, and cameras.
Northstar Platform Improvements
Platform improvements included a mix of concrete platforms, and paver platforms that needed repair.
